America's Tire

I had a great experience at America's Tire on Pacific Avenue. I bought 4 new tires and was out the door and back on the road within 45 minutes! The tires I purchased are perfect for my driving history and I really appreciated the staff helping me pick them out.

I had an excellent experience at the America’s Tire on Pacific Avenue! From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, and well-organized. Ordering tires online was easy, scheduling the appointment was simple, and I appreciated the text confirmations and updates along the way. I arrived early for my 8:00am appointment. When they unlocked the doors at 8:00, I headed to the entrance. But before I could enter, a sales associate came out directly to me. I was greeted by Daniel, who was friendly, professional, and got everything started right away with a quick inspection of my current tires as well as the spare. The team moved efficiently—by 8:05am the wheels were already off and the tire replacement was underway. The estimated completion time was 8:50am, but the job was done by 8:35am -- a pleasant surprise! During the service, they checked the TPMS sensors (per my request) and confirmed all was good. The final supervising technician was also pleasant and professional. He reviewed the work performed and asked if I had any questions before handing me my key and receipt. I was happily back on the road with a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport AS4s. I'll definitely return to this Dis

Service was fast and convenient. The only thing I want to mention is when I was leaving I asked a Daniel about an alignment he said we don’t do that because we don’t have a machine which is fine but did say the alignment would be free. When I got here to the hammer lane location they said that to check would be free not the alignment it’s so to Mr. Daniel being specific is very important.

i had a very bad experience at this tire shop. i went in do to a nail in my tire, The employee I interacted with (david) recommended that I purchase a new tire without conducting a proper inspection of my existing one, i went to another tire shop where the nail was removed i was told the tire did not require a patch or replacement the nail did little to no damage my tire was still completely fine no damage whatsoever that would’ve needed a replacement my tire pressure remained the same and is still the same after the nail was removed and has not gone down one bit !! , The interaction gave me the impression the employee just wanted to make a sale I was being wrongfully advised to make an UNNECESSARY PURCHASE!!! VERY HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & DISHONEST

I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at America’s Tire. The customer service is top tier—every time I’ve come in, the staff has been professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. What stands out is how systematic and well-trained the team is. You can tell there’s a clear process in place, and everyone knows how to deliver a consistent experience. They’ve done a great job hiring and training because I honestly haven’t had a bad interaction here. They also offer free drive-up tire inspections, which is a huge plus. Rotations are free as well, though without an appointment you might wait around an hour—but that’s pretty fair considering the service. I’ve purchased at least four sets of tires from this location, and they’ve earned my trust. On one visit, they noticed cracking on a set I had purchased and worked with me to get into a new set, which I really appreciated. At this point, I don’t see myself going anywhere else. Reliable, consistent, and customer-focused.
